Downloading
Instructions If you are unfamiliar with
downloading, please PRINT THIS OUT RIGHT NOW so that you
can get your New Visions Software product up and running successfully after you download
it.
Downloading is easy. Once you've done it a couple of times, it's
like riding a bike, you don't forget how. And the best part is, your computer will help
you along the entire way.
To Download do the following:
- Click on one of the links on our Download
Page. Your computer will automatically start the download process.
- When your computer is ready to begin the download, it will probably
warn you about how the files may contain harmful viruses. There are no viruses in New
Visions Software products, so download with confidence!
- Your computer will ask you if you wish to "open" the file,
or if you want to "save it to disk." Choose the "save it to disk"
option.
- You will be presented with a "save as" box. It is very
important that you write down where the files will be saved on your computer so that you
may locate the files once the download is complete. Every computer will want to put the
files in a different location depending on which Internet browser you own. Here is an
example of where your files may be: c:\program files\netscape\Apache301.zip. After you
have written down the complete file location, please save the files.
- Once you click OK, the download will begin! The time it takes will
depend upon the speed of your internet connection.
